This civilization is more than 3.75 millions years old. It lives on the planet Arcures that is situated at the distance of more than 36 light years from Earth.
Inhabitants of this planet look like horses. Their bodies are tall and thin and are about 2.3 – 2.6 meters among men and 2.1 -2.4 among women. Their eyes look like the eyes of people and are of blue and brown colours.
Their ears are the ears of horses but smaller and more rounded. Their arms have four long fingers that are very flexible. All their body is covered with hair of different colours that vary from dark brown to white. They also have the mane on their heads. Their language is tonal sounds that are similar to Chinese language. Some scientists say they have telepathic abilities.
