The facts about kidnapping of human beings by aliens don’t seem to be strange and extraordinary any more. Every day books about aliens appear. And the characters-aliens are even used in advertising. Aliens have entered our life and scientists don’t even need to prove their existence. People believe in aliens and want them to exist.
Galaxy Federation
Galaxy Federation was created more than 4.5 million years ago to fight the evil forces from other galaxies that wanted to rule this galaxy. Nowadays the Galaxy Federation includes more than 200 000 different star nations and confederations as well as alliances. About 40% of them are humanoids and other representatives are other forms of life.
Galaxy Federation is the structural subdivision of Intergalaxy Coalition and has the functions of the Detachment of Coalition Observers in the galaxy. The Galaxy federation helps all planets and their civilizations in their development and evolution.
This Federation has its documents, one of which is The Main Instruction that forbids interfering in the development of civilizations if it didn't ask for help. Recently this referred to Earth. The Galaxy Federation sent a great number of documents to Earth (according to some theories, the Bible is also the documents of the GF).
Besides Galaxy Federation there are much more other alliances and federations. Usually they consist of the main civilization that rules the Federation or the Alliance and several others that were conquered with their planets. And there are a lot of federations (usually neighbour ones) that consider Earth to belong them.
Because of it, the Galaxy Federation helps the civilization of Earth to join the Space Community having the same rights as other civilizations. But the problem is that all alliances need the conscious decision of the Earth civilization to join to one of the alliances as it is the most important condition.
